SECTION 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Provided delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or force majeure events beyond our control. However, we guarantee that all our shipments are insured. Unlike standard regulations, at El Taller del Coleccionista, title and risk of loss for the artwork will not pass to you until the package has been effectively delivered to the destination address. If the artwork is damaged during transport, we will take care of managing the insurance and the corresponding solution.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including, but not limited to, trademarks, brands, text, samples, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the property of El Taller del Coleccionista, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
