Shipping policy
Preparation and Shipping Times At El Taller del Coleccionista, each artwork is unique and requires a meticulous packaging process to ensure its safety. Therefore, our processing time to prepare for shipment is 2 to 4 business days. This time allows us to build custom protections and manage insurance documentation.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and destination address. You will see the exact amount before finalizing your purchase.
All-Risk Insurance Included: We understand the value of the piece you have acquired. All our shipments are insured for 100% of their value against loss or damage during transport. Your investment is fully protected from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches your hands.
Estimated Transit Times Once the package has been handed over to the transport company, the estimated delivery times are:

Spain (Peninsula): 24 - 72 hours.

European Union: 3 - 5 business days.

International: 7 - 15 business days (subject to customs procedures).
You will receive a tracking number in your email when the artwork leaves our workshop.
International Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The buyer is responsible for paying these duties if required by their country's authorities upon receipt of the package.
What to do if the package arrives damaged? It is extremely rare, but if you notice bumps or visible damage on the outside of the packaging upon receipt:
