Time limit for requesting a return

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the artwork. Notify us by emailing contacto@eltallerdelcoleccionista.com, stating your order number and the artwork you wish to return. Any clear statement of your decision is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason.

How to return the artwork

We will provide the return address and instructions. Send the artwork within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal, together with the documents and accessories received. Use the original packaging or equivalent protection suitable for safe transport.

The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the artwork, except in the event of a defect, damage in transit or an error on our part. You are only responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the artwork’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damage or errors

Check the artwork on arrival. If you find damage to the packaging or artwork, keep the packaging, take photographs and contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. These recommendations do not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase price and the cost of the initial standard delivery using the same payment method, without additional charges, within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the artwork or evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first. Supplements for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the buyer are not refundable. Subsequent processing time depends on the payment provider.

Personalised commissions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not apply to existing original artworks in the catalogue or to rights relating to defects or lack of conformity.
