Shipping policy

Preparing your artwork

At El Taller del Coleccionista, each artwork needs suitable packaging to protect it during transport. We prepare the necessary protective materials and insurance documentation before handing the piece over to the carrier.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the rates applicable to your order and destination. You will see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

All-risk insurance included:

We understand the value of the piece you have acquired. All our shipments are insured for 100% of their value against loss or damage during transport. Your investment is fully protected from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches your hands.

Estimated delivery times

The following times run from the date of purchase and include preparation and transport:

  • Mainland Spain: 4 to 7 business days.

  • European Union: 4 to 11 business days.

For destinations outside the European Union, please check availability and delivery times with us before purchasing. Estimated international transit takes 7 to 15 business days after handover to the carrier and may be affected by customs procedures.

You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as the piece leaves our workshop.

International duties and taxes:

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The buyer is responsible for paying such duties if required by their country's authorities upon receiving the package.

What to do if the package arrives damaged?

It is extremely unusual, but if you notice dents or visible damage on the exterior of the packaging upon receipt:

  1. Take photographs of the package before opening it.

  2. Keep all packaging materials.

  3. Write to us as soon as possible at contacto@eltallerdelcoleccionista.com, preferably within the first 24 hours after delivery, so that we can handle the transport incident and offer you a solution. These instructions help us deal with the incident and do not limit your statutory rights.
