The shopfront and reflections

Two framed works and small potted plants appear behind the glass. Reflections of trees and buildings overlap them, creating different planes within the window grid.

Signs and structure

Horizontal bands reading “D’ART” and “SALA DALMAU” interrupt the composition. The contrast between columns, frames and blue surfaces organises the shopfront, with finer detail in the pictures and vegetation.

The Taller Note

The shopfront is divided by pale columns and pink-lilac window frames. Blue reflections of trees and buildings overlap the pictures displayed behind the glass, creating several layers within the façade. The “D’ART” and “SALA DALMAU” signs interrupt the window grid with horizontal bands. Small potted plants and the two framed works introduce finer details within the broad geometric structure.
