The language of matter and visual geology

This original work, suggestively titled "Intriga" (Intrigue), is a magnificent example of contemporary artistic research. Romero Zaldívar consciously moves away from figurative representation to fully delve into the language of Informalism, where texture, the physical weight of materials, and primal gesture take absolute control of the composition.

Mixed media and organic calligraphy

The surface has a rough texture in ochre and brown tones, with some areas of dark blue. Light, sinuous lines extend across it, forming curves and branches. The contrast between the granular background and these fluid paths structures the composition.
