An original drawing signed «M. Pla», with a minimalist composition depicting a standing figure, slightly turned, whose body is built from fragmented lines and soft blue-grey washes.
The artist dispenses with anatomical detail and concentrates expression in the posture, the rhythm of the line and the contrast between black ink and transparent colour. The large areas of untouched paper reinforce the composition’s lightness and spontaneity.
